The Australian Not-For-Profit sector is larger than Australia’s agriculture sector, it employs more than each of the retail, mining, manufacturing and construction sectors. Unlike these sectors it lacks a champion within the Australian government, as Krystian Seibert argues, ‘It’s time we had a not-for-profit sector ombudsman’.
